NIKE X UNDERCOVER
26 09 2010A couple of weeks ago I already told you about the project between Nike and the UNDERCOVER head-designer, Jun Takahashi.
Today we are able to take a closer look into the product featured within this capsule collection between UNDERCOVER and Nike. The result is a nice and stylish collection that features everything from lightweight outerwear, to shirts, pants, shorts, headwear, and footwear, all featuring the Jun Takahashi touch, which can be used for running!

THOMAS NOESNER – THE BEAT OF NEW YORK
8 09 2010I have to admit that I have never been to New York before. But after watching this video, I cannot wait any longer.
German photographer Thomas Noesner’s created this piece of art, entitled “The Beat of New York”.
Please make sure that you pay close attention to the soundtrack, created by StereoScreen sound designer Toussaint using a subway busker’s drum beat.

Nike and Jun Takahashi, who is by the way the founder and head designer of Japan’s clothing label Undercover, will release the first Nike x Undercover Gyakusou performance running collection.
The collection is a fusion of Nike running innovations and design with the functionality of Takahashi’s Undercover—”whose dedication to a less-but-better design philosophy mirrors Nike founder Bill Bowerman’s passion for the athletic benefits of minimalism.”

BOCHUM X STREETWEAR TODAY – THE LIVE MAGAZINE
7 09 2010Yes, Bochum will be a sneaker-freaker paradise for the week between September 17th and September 25th.
Streetwear Today will host a special series of events titled The Live Magazine. Each day will be a special event ranging from music and fashion to sneakers with the past, present and future of streetwear as the focal point. The worlds largest tradeshow of sneakers and everything in between, Sneakerness 2010 will take place on the 18th between 12 pm and 8 pm. A fleamarket of consumers, exhibitors and sellers, this tradeshow is the ultimate guide to what is now and next in street footwear.
